"Phibrizzo here! Just kidding~ You'll have to leave me a message."
(ooc: He'll always speak pleasantly enough to people via NV - he's improving but still not that technologically savvy. What he does realize is that conversations are archived.)
Hello, Mister Phibrizzo? This is Mr. Gold, I wasn't sure where to get this information. I'm looking to hold a get together on the 16th, would the Uzushio Ryokan be open then? It is short notice, I know, and I am sorry. Please give me a call back.
Hello, Mr. Gold. This is Phibrizzo returning your call. The Uzushio is available on the 16th, and because it's not a popular night for events, we'll be able to give you a good price. How many people are you expecting?

The biggest party room is booked for the 22nd, but the two smaller ones are both available. On the 23rd, the large party room and one of the smaller ones is available.
A small party room can accommodate a maximum of fifty people, but it's more comfortable for about thirty to forty.
I think the small room would be just fine. Do you have anything smaller then that, perhaps? I could use a second room, but it needs to be more...intimate.
We can create a magic barrier to separate the room into two parts - one bigger and one smaller - without anyone seeing if you'd like. Xellos knows how to warp dimensional space with magic.
That depends on what kind of refreshments you were going to buy for your guests, but right now it would be about eight hundred dollars, with the room rental and the privacy service. We do have a restaurant on site and can cater the event, too.
That's about the range, yes. The exact number depends on your menu choices and the amount of people you need accommodated. I can have a menu sent to you. Please get back to us no later than the 20th at 12:00pm with your food selections.
